Please read and follow the directions below to apply for a World School program. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view and fill out the application form.
1. Review the application and World School contract before starting. 2. Click on the link below to open the application in your web browser. 3. You may type directly on the form or print and hand write, legibly. 4. Print out completed application. 5. Application must be signed by applicant and parent/guardian. 6. Applications are not complete without your $100 deposit. Include a check with your application. World School, Inc. P.O.
